The arch supports will fit into 95% of shoes you may already own!

Did you know that most over the counter supports will place the arch on a support based off of your shoe size? Did you also know that two people can have the exact same shoe size but totally different arch lengths? (This can all vary depending on how long someone's toes are, how long the balls of the foot is, etc.) At First Step we size by your specific arch lengths. Making sure you're supported where YOU need it!

The supports can last anywhere between 3-6 years depending on what kinds of activities you're performing in them and how often you are wearing them.

The great thing about our arch supports is they are made from a perfected polymer blend that will not allow you foot to sink into any misalignment (like cushion) but have a nice flex to them as you're walking in them to allow your foot to adapt to the supports (unlike some stiffer orthotics that seem impossible to get used to).
